Yesterday, we had a post on more e-book readers entering the market. Today, we read about a digital recipe reader.

t’s not exactly a Kindle for cookbooks, but there’s a new digital recipe reader on the market. The Demy is a portable device that lets people store as many as 10,000 recipes, with a color LCD screen and features like a timer, a conversion function, enlarged text and an index. But the most enticing feature of the Demy is that it’s kitchen safe. Spills easy wipe off the sealed glass touch screen with a damp cloth, so cooks don’t have to worry about shuffling through recipes with greasy hands.
