Two Little Adventures for the #6FrameStoryChallenge : Sonal Goyal and Sumit Sakhuja

The #6FrameStoryChallenge has officially come to an end (for those who missed it, we have a little note for you at the end of this post). With so many illustrations and stories to look at, the coming weeks are going to be full of whimsy and joy – and we will continue sharing all of this on our blog. Today’s double treat comes from the studios of Sonal Goyal and Sumit Sakhuja. We don’t want to break the suspense of the two stories, so let us just say that their characters go on little adventures of their own 🙂

And what did they think of the challenge?

#6FrameStoryChallenge is a brilliant idea and I am happy to be a part of it. I just picked up a few words and within no time, Sumit and I had the story penned down. We enjoyed the process so much that we ended up picking 3 different sets of 6 words each and imagined wacky, cute, funny stories.

(Sonal Goyal loves illustrating books for children – it is her profession and passion. She did her post graduation in Fine Arts and got hooked to illustrating for kids. She has illustrated a couple of books for Pratham Books and she says “it was a wonderful experience. Hope to work on many more in the future”. You can view Sonal’s work at : sonalgoyal1.blogspot.in
Sumit Sakhuja is a commerce graduate whose love for drawing landed him at an animation course. There was no looking back and he is now a children’s book illustrator.)
