Meet Subhadra Sen Gupta and Madhuri Purandare : This Year’s Bal Sahitya Puraskar Winners

This Children’s Day, become a child. Enter the world created by children’s authors Subhadra Sen Gupta and Madhuri Purandare, this year’s Bal Sahitya Puraskar winners.

This year’s Bal Sahitya Puraskar’s announcement brought us a lot of joy. Two of our authors – Subhadra Sen Gupta and Madhuri Purandare, have won the award for their invaluable contribution to the field of children’s literature for English and Marathi respectively.

The award ceremony is to be held in Bengaluru which gave us an opportunity to arrange a ‘Meet the Authors’ session and we are very excited to invite you for the event!

This will be an hour long meet up where Subhadra will share her views on Children’s Literature , followed by a Q&A with Madhuri and Subhadra. 

We would love to have you join us for this event and meet the newest Bal Sahitya Puraskar winners and interact with them over a cup of coffee and cake. The bonus would be a chance to browse through the shelves of the lovely Lightroom Bookstore. We promise it will be an afternoon well spent.
