Tata Docomo has launched ‘CoMix on-the-go’ – an application which enables users to read full comic books on the mobile.

SELCO gifted the children of the Bhagamandala government primary school with our book Cauvery. Read about the book distribution and competition that ignited the minds and lives of these children.

The Frances Lincoln Diverse Voices Children’s Book Award is for a manuscript that celebrates cultural diversity in the widest possible sense, either in terms of its story or the ethnic and cultural origins of its author. The last date for submission of entries is 26th February 2010.

Pratham Books has two enthusiastic interns working with us during the month of November. Amani and Naomi write about their experience with Pratham Books, their love for reading and more. They have also become master reviewers during their internship with us. So, we decided to share their perspectives (Naomi’s British perspective and Amani’s African perspective) on our books.

In the meantime, reviews for our book Cauvery continue to pour in. If you haven’t placed an order for the book yet, maybe you should read the reviews and let them help you make your decision.

The motion book ‘Hirngespinster’ is an interactive installation which combines a traditional paper book, an LED table, a camera and computer, and most importantly, a ring device – the ‘dream catcher’ – that connects things as a sort of gateway from analogue to digital.
