On International Literacy Day this year (September 8th), Pratham Books launched StoryWeaver, an open source platform of multilingual children’s stories. We launched with our ‘Weave-a-Story’ campaign that is bringing together 4 amazing authors and illustrators to weave 4 amazing new stories for StoryWeaver’s community. The first story in this series is ‘It’s All the Cat’s Fault!’ – a wonderful and whimsical new story written by well-regarded writer Anushka Ravishankar and illustrated by the very talented Priya Kuriyan.
While Anushka’s and Priya’s story was published on the very day StoryWeaver was born, the next three will be released on every Tuesday for the rest of this month. So there, your next few Tuesdays are going to have a new surprise.
