The Old Lady Who Loved Juggling : Niloufer Wadia’s Version for the #6FrameStoryChallenge

Niloufer Wadia used our readymade narrative called, ‘The Old Lady Who Loved Juggling’. We were beside ourselves with excitement when we saw her illustrations. The explosion of colours, unique perspectives (love the bottom-up view of the splattered mango) and adorable expressions had us wanting more of the little old lady’s adventures!
Niloufer says,

“I do a lot of digital illustration for clients online and for micro-stock, and some art-journaling, but clients for hand-done illustration have been rather thin on the ground, and frankly I’m still honing my styles so I can’t really complain. That was the reason I jumped in when I saw the Pratham Books Challenge about a week back. Even though I had much less time than I would have liked, I was determined to participate. It was an interesting challenge even to myself, because my usual thing is to concentrate on the characters and not get into backgrounds too much.”
