The Dream – Aritra Roy’s Story for the #6FrameStoryChallenge

The #6FrameStoryChallenge has led to the birth of a bunch of really adventurous and fun-loving bears! Aritra Roy’s bear is eager to go up to the leaning tower of Pisa and is determined to get there with the help of a parachute. Primarily done in varying shades of black and white, Roy’s work comes as a reminder of the need for more simple and uncluttered illustrations. Well, the ending made us a little weepy, but not all stories must necessarily end happily, right?

“I got to know about the #6FrameStoryChallenge through a friend. This was something new to me as I have never imagined myself to be a storyteller. And seeing some of the early entries I got inspired to take part in this. And who doesn’t like picture books! Creating one was very exciting for me,” said Roy of the #6FrameStoryChallenge.

You’re clearly a really good storyteller, Roy, and we hope to see more such stories from you!
