The book fair, that has become a landmark event of the city, will bring the best the state capital has to offer in terms of culture and academics, said H. L. Gulati, the member of the book fair committee.Providing more details about the fair, officials, including A. K. Jha, Dr. Kalanath Mishra, Amit Jha, and Ratneshwar, said the 12-day event, whose theme this year is the Right to Education, would be inaugurated by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
