Book Review : Grandfather Goes on Strike

Earlier this month, we were giving out review copies of few of our books. We were excited to hear what all of you thought of our books (the good things and the bad things!) and hope that this feedback from people (educators, parents, book lovers, children) will help us create better books and help you choose books for your own kids.

This book review comes from Manupriya who received our book ‘Grandfather goes on strike’.

Those are some really important messages that the book is trying to spread. Other than the most apparent one about caring for trees , there is also the hidden message of caring for your grandparents even when they are being difficult.I liked that. Illustrations are very nice. The book makes up for a good read in general, but does sound a bit preachy at places. Would have liked it more, if the little boy had more role to play.
